Abnormal vibration of the equipment, abnormal sound, reverse impact of the cam static zone, no split output in the corresponding intermittent number or split output at a certain position is unstable or no split output. In this case, the mechanism can be removed. Open the back cover of the mechanism and find out why.
1. If the cam is damaged and can no longer be used, you can contact the replacement cam, no damage or light damage, and you can continue to use it without adjusting its axial position.
2. If the needle bearing in the splitter wheel is damaged, the output split shaft can be taken out and the needle bearing replaced.
There are two ways, one is to loosen the output sleeve, take out the output shaft, do not loosen the gland at the back end, so that the axial position does not change when loading again. Second, loosen the lock nut and front end of the rear end of the output shaft. The output sleeve can be taken out together with the sleeve. When loading, just lock the nut to return the output shaft to its original position.
